As part of our CSR and in a bid to encourage staff participation in community activities, Rubis Energy Kenya staff embarked on a food and other necessities donation drive during the Christmas period for Imani Children’s Home. The activity was supported by Rubis Energy Kenya’s convenience store brand, enjoy Store, who matched the donations made. Several staff volunteered to visit one of the Imani Homes with the donations and spend time with the young children.
Imani Rehabilitation Agency is a nonprofit making charity organization that takes care of the abandoned, orphaned, the neglected children and those whose rights have been violated offering rehabilitation programs through several Imani homes in Kenya. Imani is home to over 300 abandoned and orphaned children ranging in age from one day old to 18 years. After 18 years of age, they are integrated back to the community.
